- Peter, a retired math professor and systems analyst in the aerospace industry, is a true waterman at heart. Licensed to captain 50 ton ships and an avid sailor and long distance rower, he is happiest on the water guiding kayaking trips which comes second only to his loving wife, grandson and family.

We are enthusiastic about kayaking the wonderfully majestic outdoors of the Olympic Peninsula and the Strait of Juan de Fuca waters - the bays, rivers and estuaries - we are knowledgeable of the local history, geology, flora, fauna, and legends.
